Your floor. It is a hard limit per listing, so when the market would ask for less, Priceo stops at your minimum and records why.
Will it change prices before I trust it?
No. Scheduled pricing starts in recommendation-only mode and stays there until you enable automation yourself.
Can I override a price by hand?
Any night, at any time. Your override stands, and the activity trail shows that you set that night.
When exactly do you charge the 1%?
Only after a stay happens. The 1% success fee is invoiced monthly, after the guest checks in — no subscription and nothing to cancel.
