# Priceo

Priceo is automated Airbnb pricing on autopilot for short-term-rental hosts. A deterministic pricing engine pushes a new price to each host's Airbnb calendar daily via the Channex channel manager; the host-facing dashboard surfaces every adjustment with a Why-drawer plus 11 non-pricing listing-health factors (reviews, photos, response rate, Superhost status, etc.). Pricing model is revenue share: €5 setup fee + 3% of each booking, billed monthly. Currently launched in Porto, Portugal; other cities are on a waitlist.
