Airbnb Fee Calculator: 15.5% Host-Only vs Split Fee
An Airbnb fee calculator estimates your effective net monthly revenue under each of the platform’s fee structures — the 15.5% host-only model used by most software-connected hosts, the older split-fee model where guests pay ~14% on top, and Priceo’s 3% revenue share for direct comparison. Fee structure source: Airbnb Help Center — How service fees work. Numbers are estimates for comparison; your actual fee depends on your account’s fee structure and country-specific tax handling.
How this works
The calculator multiplies your nightly rate by booked nights, adds an estimated cleaning-fee count (assuming an average 3-night stay), and applies each platform’s fee rate to the resulting booking subtotal. The 15.5% host-only number comes directly from Airbnb’s published fee structure; the 3% split-fee host share is the standard rate described in the same document.
This is an estimate. Your real fee depends on your account’s exact fee structure (some markets and property types vary), country-specific tax handling, and promotional discounts you apply. The calculator is meant for a back-of-the-envelope comparison, not a tax-grade calculation.
